The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify difficulties that you may be experiencing because of your misophonia.

What are the most common Triggers?
• Gum Chewing.
• Eating Sounds.
• Lip Smacking.
• Speaking Sounds (s, p, k)
• Breathing Sounds.
• Repetitive softer sounds like pen clicking, pencil tapping.
• Nasal noises, throat clearing.
• Sucking through the teeth sounds.
